What are the card usage terms?
Card issuance and maintenance are free. The top-up fee is 3.5% of the amount. Purchases are charged a fee of 0.4% + $0.4 per transaction. The maximum amount per transaction is $50,000, the total card limit is $2,000,000. The card validity period is 1 year. When closing the card, a 4% fee of the remaining balance is charged. All conditions are transparent and known in advance — no hidden fees.
